Lina Kroehling

My Masters work focused on the biophysics of protein misfolding and self-assembly that is associated with disease, in particular that of islet amyloid polypeptide (IAPP) in type 2 diabetes. Following my masters I transitioned from the wet lab to the dry lab, and worked as a bioinformatician analyzing primarily sequencing data such as RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, ATAC-seq, and Ribosome Profiling. In the Littman lab, I provide sequencing analyses and visualization support.
